What should you expect when you contact a handyman plumber?

When answered, your call receives immediate attention. If it goes to voicemail, I can usually return all calls within the hour. (Remember, I am a one man operation; sometimes, I am in the middle of a repair or service.).
If you are in within my service area, I will try and provide you a phone quote. Then, I will come to your home immediately, or I will schedule an appointment of your convenience. I WILL ARRIVE ON TIME ( There is no waiting around all day for the serviceman to show up).
When I arive, I will evaluate, provide advice and options to you, so you can get the most value for your money. Next, I will comfirm the work that needs to be complete. Once agreed, you will sign a service/employment contract with a scope of work..
